1. In response to the damages caused by typhoon Kaemi, low-interest loans were provided for all the damaged agri-products in Taitung County and Hualien County.

2. In accordance with the regulation governing the issuance of mango’s export permit to Japan, the ten corporations were suspended for three months due to the detection of chemical residues in their exporting commodities.

3. The Wandervögel project of the New Agriculture Movement was launched to attract the young people of 18-35 years of age to experience agriculture, and hopefully to engage in agriculture at the end.
